Service Cancellation
Pre-activation Cancellation
- Clients may cancel their service subscription before the service activation
- Cancellation requests must be submitted through your rootVX dashboard or by contacting our team
- Full refund will be processed for pre-activation cancellations
Active Service Cancellation
- Active services can be canceled at any time through the rootVX dashboard
- Service access will continue until the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the current billing period
Refunds:
Eligibility
- Refunds are primarily applicable to pre-activation cancellations
- Service issues that result in significant downtime may be eligible for partial refunds
- Technical issues must be reported and documented through our support system
Refund Process
- Refund will be initiated within 7-14 business days of approved refund request
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
Refund Amount
- Full refund for pre-activation cancellations
- Partial refunds for service issues will be calculated based on the duration and severity of the issue
- Setup fees and one-time charges may be non-refundable
Exceptions
- Services that have been activated or used are generally non-refundable
- Customized solutions or developments cannot be cancelled once development has begun
- Integration services and consulting hours utilized cannot be refunded
